DDS15 — Add a DomainTag to the PSM

  • Summary:

    RTPS 2.4 added a domainTag (see Table 8.73 - RTPS SPDPdiscoveredParticipantData attributes) this was done to support having the DDS RTF adding it to the next version of the Spec. This task should be completed.

    The domainTag is used to isolate domains even if they are on the same DDS domainId
