Summary:
If a writer disposes an instance that it never sent to a reader, should it still send the dispose to the reader?
In general sending it would cause an scalability problem. So it would be better not to.
However there are cases where it may be needed. For example if a Writer sets an alarm and a different writer that never created it wants to dispose it.
Perhaps this behavior something is something that should be configurable on the Reader or Writer.
