DDS15 — Add API for "directed writes"

  • Summary:

    The DDS-RTPS protocol supports directing samples to a specific DataReader. However there is no way to exercise this feature using standard DDS API.

    The idea is to add an additional operation to the DataWriter allowing the specification of the destination DataReader. This could be a specific write_directed() operation or a more generic write_with_parameters() that allows additional parameters to be specified.
