DDS15 — Add a write_sequence() operation to DataWriter

  • Summary:

    The DDS PIM DataReader read/take operations return a sequence. However there is no similar operation on the DataWriter.

    This makes the API non-symmetric.

    In fact the new DDS C++ PSM added a write() operation that takes a forward iterator. Which now is only available in this PSM and not the others.

    This operation should be added to the PIM as it is a generic capability that should be available on all PSMs.
