DDS15 — Coherent updates with best efforts

    Clarify what happens if coherent updates involve best-effors writers. Would missing one sample cause the whole set to be discarded?

    Affects both TOPIC coherence and GROUP coherence if there are some best-efforts writers in the Publisher
