    For applications it is not possible to relate a sample to its datawriter. There are many use cases where it is required to be able to make such a relation
    Resolution:
    Add an 'InstanceHandle_t publication_handle' field (the handle to the remote writer, not the data instance) to SampleInfo. The user can use this handle to call get_matched_publication_data ()
    Revised Text:
    Change SampleInfo definition and related explanation accordingly.
