DDS11 — (T#37) Clarification on the value of LENGTH_UNLIMITED constant

    It is not clear what the value of unlimited resource limits is.
    Resolution:
    Probably it is defined by the in IDL defined constant LENGTH_UNLIMITED=-1. This should be clarified.
    Revised Text:

    Replace "unlimited" with "LENGTH_UNLIMITED" in table in 2.1.3
