DDS11 — Typo CacheUsage instead of CacheAccess

    In section 3.1.6.5, the specification suggests that it is sensible to create a CacheUsage per thread. This should say a CacheAccess instead.
    Resolution:
    Change CacheUsage to CacheAccess in the sentence.
