    The constants in the enumeration SampleRejectedStatusKind should correspond to the fields of the RESOURCE_LIMITS QoS policy.

    Proposed Resolution:
    Remove the constant REJECTED_BY_TOPIC_LIMIT. Add the constants REJECTED_BY_SAMPLES_LIMIT and REJECTED_BY_SAMPLES_PER_INSTANCE_LIMIT.
