DDS11 — (T#56) Return values of Waitset::detach_condition

    section 2.1.2.1.6.2. (Waitset::detach_condition) describes to return BAD_PARAMETER if the given condition is not attached to the waitset. It would be more appropriate to return PRECONDITION_NOT_MET.

    Change the return-code
    Revised Text:
    In section 2.1.2.1.6.2 (Waitset::detach_condition), change all mentioning of BAD_PARAMETER into PRECONDITION_NOT_MET.
