Summary:
The default value of the RELIABILITY qos policy attribute max_blocking_time is not specified.
Resolution:
The default value shall be specified an arbitrary value greater then zero to avoid that writers will encounter timeouts on acceptable temporary buffer saturations and the value should not be too big since real-time behavior would expect that anything causing writers to block would not sustain for a long time.
Revised Text:
In section 2.1.3:
Add to the description of the RELIABILITY QosPolicy value RELIABLE in the QosPolicy table the text:
"The default max_blocking_time=100ms. -
