DDS11 — (T#30) Ambiguous description of TOPIC_DATA

    The last part of the description states: "They both concern Topic, DataWriter and DataReader…"although that furter in the text is described that TOPIC_DATA is only applicable for Topics it would be better to remove this part of the description.
    Resolution:
    The last section of paragraph 2.1.3.2 shall be removed.
    Revised Text:
    The text: "This QoS is very similar in intent to USER_DATA……primarily on the DataReader/DataWriter." shall be removed.
