Summary:
I think the following sentence is incorrect: a Listener is used to provide a callback for synchronous access and a WaitSet associated with one or several Condition objects as far as I can tell, these roles should be reversed. There are a bunch of other bugs in the spec. I'll try to report them as time permits.
