Summary:
The table in 2.1.5 says that built-in DataReaders should have TRANSIENT durability. However, the description of that durability states that support for it is optional.
Proposed Resolution:
The specification should be changed to state that built-in readers should have TRANSIENT_LOCAL durability.
Proposed Revised Text:
Change TRANSIENT to TRANSIENT_LOCAL in the DURABILITY row of the table on page 2-129.
