    If a QoS policy is not supported (i.e. is part of an unsupported profile) but the user supplies a non-default value for it, how should the system react
    Resolution:
    Just return UNSUPPORTED
    Revised Text:
    Add a remark in the specification that retcode UNSUPPORTED is returned when supplying a QoS-policy that is not supported by the middleware (i.e. is part of an optional-profile that is not supported by the specific middleware implementation)
