Ref-01 Listener_waitset_triggering
The specification does not make clear whether listeners and waitsets
are awaken once per "event" that causes a change of status (implying a
queue of events) or are they just awaken once when the status changes.**PROPOSAL**
Clarify that there is no implied "queueing". The listeners and
waitsets are enabled based on the status change but not necessarily
called/signaled multiple times. This clarification should appear in
section 2.1.4. -
