    Section 2.1.3. According to the QosPolicy table, USER_DATA does not
    concern Publisher and Subscriber entities. The IDL PSM however has
    UserDataQosPolicy as a member of both the PublisherQos and
    SubscriberQos structures.

    **PROPOSAL**

    Correct the PSM. USER_DATA remove USER_DATA from Publisher and
    Subscriber
