    Section 2.2.2. The PSM IDL StatusKind constant definitions
    OFFERED_INSTANCE_DEADLINE_MISSED_STATUS and
    REQUESTED_INSTANCE_DEADLINE_MISSED_STATUS are not mentioned in the PIM
    and do not have a corresponding Status class either.
