    The operations of the CacheAccess are not sufficiently clearly described, that lead to some confusions
    Proposal [THALES]
    Enhance section 3.1.6.1.2.2 (Cache Management), in introducing better the underlying concepts; in particular, clarify the dynamics with respects to enable/disable updates
    Introduce that the specification is designed to allow lazy instantiation
    Describe more deeply the CacheAccess operations (section 3.1.6.3.2); in particular state how they will behave with respects to enable/disable updates
    Enhance the description of typical uses of CacheAccess (section 3.1.6.5)
