DDS — ref-1010: Section 3.2.3.3 XML Model Tags of the example

In the final editing process,
the XML for the example has been truncated (cut by 2)
the chosen font makes it difficult to read (why not use Courier New which is a fixed-sized font as for the code example)
there should be a void line between the first sentence that introduces the XML description and the description itself

restore the contents as it was in version V67
introduce a void line to keep it separated from the introduction
