The specification does not mention whether the DISPOSED samples count
towards the RESOURCE_LIMITS (max samples and such)Although this detail unspecified, it is something that would become
observable to the user if, for some reason, an application does not
"take" disposed samples.**PROPOSAL**
State that these samples don't count towards the limits because they
do not have "data" associated with it. Moreover in view of Ref-84
there can be at most one such SampleInfo per instance so the
worst-case needed resources are small and can be taken into account by
the implementation -
