Summary:
159 Rename_the_interface_DataType
The name DataType used in the PSM and IDL to refer to the interface
with the "register_type"operation from which the FooDataType derives
for each user-data type 'Foo' is causing confusion.People think that the FooDataType actually represents the type of the
objects being propagated. In reality the type is 'Foo' and FooDataType
just provides the support to intgrate 'Foo' with the middleware**PROPOSAL**
