Summary:
Ref-116 Inconsistent_use_of_instance_in_datawriter_api
Currently Section 2.1.2.5.1 mentions the function dispose_instance
which does not exist.A broader issue is that we have functions called
register_instance/unregister_instance, but other functions that also
apply to an instance (dispose, write, dispose_w_timestamp,
write_w_timestamp, etc.) do not have "instance" in their name... This
can lead to some confusion**PROPOSAL**
Rename dispose_instance to dispose
Fix the sequence chart in figure 2.1.6.1
Leave the register_instance alone
