ENUMERATION missing from terminals of expression for
Query/Filters/Multitopic on the appendix

**PROPOSAL**

Add the following to the grammars in Appendix B and C.

Under the rule for Parameter ::=

Add the ENUMERATION as a terminal analogous to the INTEGER value.

In the table describing the terminals, explain that the ENUMERATION is
named using the identifier for the enumerated member. Either using the
plain label or if there is conflict using the
EnumerationTypeName::EnumerationLabel
