DDS — Ref-142 Confusing_description_of_manual_by_participant

In Section 2.1.3, QoS table

Clarify the LIVELINESS "MANUAL_BY_PARTICIPANT". What it says is
correct. But its getting some people confused.

It says:

"The Service will assume that as long as at least one Entity within
the domain has asserted its liveliness the Entity is also alive."

Some people are mistakenly understanding this as:

"...at least one Entity within the domain has asserted its liveliness
the domain is also alive."?

So maybe its best to say:

"The Service will assume that as long as at least one Entity within
the domain has asserted its liveliness the other Entities in the
domain are also alive."
