    In section 2.1.3.4 it is unclear whether the service is expected to
    check compatibilities between DEADLINE and TIME_BASED_FILTER
    policies. For example, a DataWriter offering a DEADLINE period smaller
    than a DataReaders TIME_BASED_FILTER is bound to lead to problems with
    reliable transmission.

    Another example is a DataReader which has a DEADLINE period smaller
    than the TIME_BASED_FILTER period.

    **PROPOSAL**

    State that DataReader which has a DEADLINE period smaller than the
    TIME_BASED_FILTER period results on INCONSISTENT_POLICY.
