    In 2.1.2.4 the PublisherListener interface extends the
    DataWriterListener, this is not mentioned until 2.1.4.3 after
    PulisherListener has been described

    The same applies to 2.1.2.5 with SubscriberListener and
    dataReaderListener

    **PROPOSAL**

    Modify figures 2-9 and 2-10 to show this relationships. Or at least
    mention them in section 2.1.2.4.3 and 2.1.2.5.6
