DAF — Change all diagrams from bitmaps to vector graphics

    All the diagrams in sysa/14-11-01 are bitmaps, and hence look fuzzy at high magnification. Please find a way to generate vector diagrams (such as SVG diagrams or vector PDF), to make sure that a final ("formal") OMG specification has a professional appearance.
