Summary:
There are some multiple incoming arrows to activities.
Multiple incoming arrow means parallel merge.
In this case, loop-back arrow and initial arrow
are merged.
This means initial arrow (flow) should wait results
of subsequent arrow(flow).
It is impossible to perform this diagram. -

All activities with more than one incoming arrow are replaced with loop structure or exclusive-or. Figure 9-3 and 9-4 also had the same problem so we fixed and attached. The diagrams attached have a defect, which does not show the loop marker in pdf format. It appears that the tool we use has a bug, which does not produce the correct diagrams.
