I would have thought that a threat was made up of zero or more failures, errors and faults, with at least one of them existing. The multiplicity shows just one of each.
Also, Randam should be spelled random. -

Disposition Summary:
Model will be changed and typo be fixed.
According to Laprie's definition, which we use as a reference, the threat is a generic term for fault, error and failure. So we would like to suggest to remove all shared aggregations and place the Threat as a super-class of fault, error and failure.
We will revise the typo "Randam" as you suggested.
