Summary:
In figure 6..63 - Claims Management Example there should be a PlanningTable on the CasePLanModel in the expanded status as there are discretionary tasks showing in that CasePlanModel.
The Stage "Identify Responsibilities" has a planing table showing in the expanded state but that stage does not show discretionary task(s) which is questionable.
