    Few problems,
    a)- xsd has a DefinitionTypeEnum and table 5.4 refer to it as DefinitionType (should be DefinitionTypeEnum). Same is true for table 5.5
    b) The specification does not describe how to extend the DefinitionTypeEnum in table 5.5
    c) The specification does not describes how to extend the property types described in table 5.7.
