CR — Missing constraint to prevent Human Task from being discretionary to itself

In section 5.4.9.2 you can read “A Stage MUST NOT be discretionary to itself or its nested Stages.” But no similar sentence can be found for Human Task.

Add sentence to prevent Human Task from being discretionary to itself

In section 5.4.9.2 after the sentence “A Stage MUST NOT be discretionary to a HumanTask that is PlanItemDefinition of a PlanItem that is contained by the Stage or its nested Stages.”, add the following paragrah:

A HumanTask MUST NOT be discretionary to itself.
