CPP11 — CloseConnection

Summary: There are quite a few words about CloseConnection in the GIOP 1.2 draft.
The major change is that either end of a connection can send the message
for a bi-directional connection.

However, the spec doesn"t say that a client must send a CloseConnection
message to the server before closing down. It just says that it may.

Similarly, CloseConnection is only partially defined for the server side,
as far as I can see.
