CORBARS_ — Provide a simple sample application

It would be good to show a sample simple application that shows use of the REST mapping as proof of concept of use of the spec.

While there are fragments sprinkled in the specification document, a simple application would be useful and ease adoption.

Add sample application walkthrough in Appendix A

Add non-normative appendix A.

The appendix walks through the steps involved in exposing a REST API to a sample CORBA application using the IDL-RS annotations.
