    Summary: What exactly is the story for how the TypeCodes are created? Is there
    one call to create_recursive_sequence_tc per recursive sequence template in the
    source, or one per cycle in the type graph? I think this is worth clarifying
    in section 8.7.3, which doesn"t seem to conceive of the possibility of multiple
    type graph cycles through the same recursive sequence type.
