CORBA23 — DynAny.insert_valuetype shoud be insert_val

    Summary: The IDL in section 9.2 of ptc/98-12-04 is incorrect. The OBV RTF adopted
    method names insert_val and get_val instead of the original insert_value
    and get_value which conflicted with the get_value method in the DynFixed
    subclass. The IDL incorectly shows these methods as insert_valuetype
    and get_valuetype.

    Proposed Resolution:

    Change insert_valuetype to insert_val and get_valuetype to get_val.
