Summary:
Summary: It is not clear what is the scope of the SendingContextRunTime service
context defined in section 13.6.7.Since the content of this service context will remain constant through
the lifetime of a connection, it needs to be sent only once per
connection. This is much more efficient than requiring it to be sent
on a per-request basis. This seems to parallel the current usage of the CodeSets service context.
Section 13.7.2.6 says:
Code set negotiation is not performed on a per-request basis, but only
when a client initially connects to a server. All text data communicated
on a connection are encoded as defined by the TCSs selected when the
connection is established. -
