Summary:
Summary: During study of the ORBIX software, I analyzed structure of internal stubs generated by IDL compiler on the both client and server side of the CORBA connection. I appreciated, that for creation of the both sides are used the same constructions like Request object, not different objects Request on the client side and ServerRequest on the server side. Naturally, there was also possibility to use CORBA compliant ServerRequest object when requested, but generated stubs used "old" IONA logic. May be, there are some sophisticated reasons why OMG specification use various objects on both client and server sides which I do not know, but in general, I prefer more simple approach of IONA. Please, let application interface as simple as possible.
