CORBA23 — is_a description is wrong

    Summary: On page 10-36, the "is_a" description is wrong. "interface_id" should
    be "value_id" for consistency with the IDL.

    Actually, it would be more correct to name this "value_or_interface_id"
    or just "id" since both values and interfaces can be passed to the is_a
    method of ValueDef. This requires changing the IDL on pages 10-34 and
    10-65.
