CORBA23 — Codebases with multiple URLs

    Summary: To support JDK 1.2 correctly, the codebase support for Objects By Value
    needs to support multiple URLs rather than a single URL as at present.

    This affects page 5-16 in the core 2.3a chapters. Either the signatures
    of the implementation and implementations methods need to change to:
    URLSeq implementation(in CORBA::RepositoryId x);
    URLSeqSeq implementations(in CORBA::RepositoryIdSeq x);

    or we need to say that the URL string can be a blank-separated
    sequence of URLs. This also affects the OBV grammar on page 15-19.
