CORBA23 — Names of Data*Stream methods

    Summary: The method names in DataInputStream and DataOutputStream have been
    chosen to match the method names in the Java portability streams.
    There is a proposal before the Java RTF to change some of the latter
    names. If this is accepted, we should change the corresponding names
    in Data*Stream as well.

    This affects page 5-12 in the core 2.3a chapters. write_Value should
    change to write_value and write_Abstract to write_abstract_interface.
    The corresponding read_* methods on page 5-14 should also be changed.
