Summary:
Summary: The description for the SINGLE_THREAD_MODEL policy only states that the
POA makes all upcalls in a manner that is safe for code that is
multi-thread-unaware. This statement could be read to disallow
recursive upcalls from one object implementation to another mediated by
the same POA on a single thread.Proposed resolution:
Add the following sentence to both sections 9.2.8 and 9.3.7, where the
text defines the Single Threaded Model:A single-threaded POA will still allow recursive upcalls, where an
object"s implementation invokes an operation on an object implemented
using the same POA. -
