Summary:
Summary: The core chapters (chapter 3, for example) uses both "standard" and
"system" to describe the same class of exceptions. Most of the core
seems to prefer "standard", however the C++ language mapping uses
SystemException. The core should be cleaned up to use "standard" as the normal term, and
then state that "system" is used in some language mappings as a synonym. -
