    Summary: The following problems appear in the 2.2 spec (98-02-23) and the IDL
    summary extracted from it (98-03-01.idl).

    • Section 8.8 page 8-45: need forward declaration of ExceptionDef, i.e.,
      "interface ExceptionDef" before use on page 8-47. There are a number of
      forward declarations in the middle of 8-45 that would seem to be the
      logical place for it.
