CORBA23 — GIOP typo, section 4.2 (page 4.4) of CORBA 2.2

    Summary: Section 4.2 (page 4.4) of the corba 2.2 spec defines a "non_existent" operation
    on CORBA::Object. In Section 13.4.1 (page 13-23) it sates that the operation
    name for such a request is encoded as the string "_not_existent". This latter
    string looks like a typo, and we propose to change this (on page 13.23) to
    "_non_existent".
