CORBA23 — Domain Manager related specification shortcomings (03)

Summary: 3) There is no way at present to implement the
Object:get_domain_managers operation in an interoperable fashion. To fix
this it seems a new GIOP message needs to be defined to carry the
implicit get_domain_managers operation. There of course may be other
ways to fix this. Some of the submitters of the original security spec
saw domain managers as replicated objects such that a replica of it was
present in each ORB instance where there was an object belonging to that
domain manager was instantiated, thus relegating the problem of getting
the domain manager information to the replication mechanism. Well, the
hoped for replication facility has not happened yet and there is no
other way to implement this interoperably. This needs to be fixed.
