CORBA23 — CORBA 2.2 - "native" and the interface repository

    Summary: Whilst implementing the POA I noticed that there were no extensions to
    the Interface Repository or TypeCodes to handle native types.

    The nett result appears to be that there is no way to express some of
    the POA interfaces in the Interface Repository. Obviously the native
    interfaces themselvse can"t be expressed, but nor can some of the IDL
    specified interfaces.

    e.g. ServantLocator has two operations (preinvoke and postinvoke) both
    of which have a Cookie listed as a parameter. There appears to be no way
    to generate a TypeCode for the Cookie (native) paramter and therefore no
    way to perform an InterfaceDef.create_operation to desribe either of
    preinvoke or postinvoke.
