CORBA22 — Resetting #pragma prefix?

    Summary: the spec doesn"t say how I can reset a repository ID prefix back to nothing
    after I have set it. Consider

    #pragma prefix "dstc.edu.au"
    interface foo {};
    #pragam prefix "" // Attempt to reset prefix
    interface bar {};

    This doesn"t work with at least one ORB I have tried.
