C2MS12 — Improve Representation of Message Types

Documentation and model figures of messages do not have a consistent generalization of message components. For example, all Request messages happen to have a REQUEST-ID, but this field is only defined in each request message individually, rather than discussed or shown as present for all request messages.

This should be improved for clarity.

Improve Message Documentation/Diagrams for Inherited Fields

Modify text and insert diagrams in the discussion of message types. Use "Notification" message for MSG.

Note that we also take this opportunity to change the text of the notes in the model diagrams showing valid values of RESPONSE-STATUS to match the terms and capitalization with the document tables.

This resolution assumes the acceptance of the resolution for C2MS12-167
